The office is usually open between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. If the office should be unoccupied there is an answering machine service. Calls are replied to immediately on our return.
Please ring to make an appointment if you wish to see the social worker. Messages can be left on the answering machine if the social worker is not available and you will be contacted as soon as possible.
If you are planning to call in, it is advisable to telephone first so that we can make sure that someone is expecting you.
